Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Refunds
- Refunds are allowed only in cases of duplicate payment, service failure, or non-delivery of digital services.
- Subscription plans are generally non-refundable once activated.
- Subscription validity will be as per the plan selected at the time of purchase.
2. Cancellation
- Customers may cancel subscription renewals from their dashboard at any time.
- Vendors may cancel their registration by submitting a written request to our support team.
3. Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method wherever possible.
