Vendor Terms of Use

These Vendor Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the participation of entrepreneurs, vendors, or businesses (“Vendors”) who register with Nexus India to list or promote their products and services. By registering as a Vendor, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Vendor Eligibility

Vendors must provide valid business documents including GST, PAN, Shop Act license, and ID proof.
All applications are subject to verification and approval by Nexus India.
Nexus India reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke vendor access at any time without prior notice.

2. Vendor Responsibilities

Provide accurate and updated business, product, and contact information.
Ensure that all products and services offered comply with applicable Indian laws, safety, and ethical standards.
Maintain product/service quality, timely delivery, and fair customer service practices.
Promptly update any changes to product listings, prices, or availability.

3. Payments

Vendor payouts will be made after deducting service, commission, or transaction fees as agreed.
Payout cycles may vary depending on order verification and settlement policies.
Nexus India is not responsible for payment delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond our control.

4. Termination and Suspension

Nexus India reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts in cases of non-compliance, fraud, data falsification, or breach of these Terms. Vendors may request reinstatement by providing clarification or corrected information, but reinstatement is at the sole discretion of Nexus India.

5. Liability and Indemnity

Vendors are solely responsible for their business practices, transactions, and relationships with customers. Nexus India shall not be held liable for any disputes, claims, losses, or damages arising between vendors and customers. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus India, its affiliates, and team members from any liabilities arising due to vendor misconduct or negligence.

6. Modifications

Nexus India may modify or update these Vendor Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
